All work and no play... well, maybe a little play.

First of all, winter is not nearly as bad as everyone makes it out to be up here.  The days are getting longer and there's plenty of sunshine.  You just have to think outside the box sometimes to come up with fun things to do.  We had plenty of fun on our walk down to the beach today.
A nice and sunny day for a walk on the beach.
Heading down to the beach.
A beach covered in ice is so much more interesting than a beach covered in sand!
Smeagol
Giant clay/sand/iceberg.
Tonya Harding!
This moose eats from the small patch of grass outside our window almost every day.
Our heater conveniently quits working on the nights when temperatures fall below zero.
